Midtown Apartments

I've had an overall positive experience. I've been living at my apartment for about 7 months. I think the value for the money is great. It's extremely quiet, and everyone I've come into contact with is polite. Maintenance responds quickly to my requests. The location is perfect. Really no major complaints.

I am coming up on one year in this apartment. I have enjoyed it very much. There is so much around here for any of your needs. This location doesn't have a parking lot, and I do drive and need to find street parking every day. This can be a hassle, but has nothing to do with the apartment complex. This apartment is great for its value and location. I just renewed for another year!

Good value for the apartments. Its lacking some amenties, but for the price, its fine.

I enjoy living in this building as my unit faces South Philadelphia and the view is incredible. My only complaint is the elevator which can malfunction sometimes. The staff is very responsive and the location is perfect, even though that comes with occasional weekend ruckus from outside.

Have been living here for close to two years now... Excellent location close to many bars and restaurants while having access to grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. Maintenance requests always seem to get completed as well. Highly recommend!

I've lived in this building for a year and a half. The units are spacious and allow for great natural light. The maintenance team is polite and fixes issues in a very timely manner. I do wish the amenities were updated and there's only one elevator which takes forever to come. I would not pay more than I do now for what I get out of it.
