Good value for the apartments. Its lacking some amenties, but for the price, its fine.

Location, Location, Location

I enjoy living in this building as my unit faces South Philadelphia and the view is incredible. My only complaint is the elevator which can malfunction sometimes. The staff is very responsive and the location is perfect, even though that comes with occasional weekend ruckus from outside.

Great Location

Have been living here for close to two years now... Excellent location close to many bars and restaurants while having access to grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. Maintenance requests always seem to get completed as well. Highly recommend!

Great Location Wish it Was Updated

I've lived in this building for a year and a half. The units are spacious and allow for great natural light. The maintenance team is polite and fixes issues in a very timely manner. I do wish the amenities were updated and there's only one elevator which takes forever to come. I would not pay more than I do now for what I get out of it.

Good place to live

Not a bad place to live for the price. Although the other for the elevator breaks down way too often. Sometimes the fire alarm goes off when there’s no reason. Glad you replace the washers and dryers. Maintenance is not always up to par.
