Parking application clearly states that Monday through Friday 6:30-7:30pm parking is $205 a month. However, when you submit your application, they let you know it’s actually $230 a month and refuse to lower it to the price you signed up for. The garage is quite literally falling apart. The turns up the ramp are extremely tight. If you have anything bigger than a compact car, good luck to you. There are cars that have been abandoned in that lot parked for YEARS that have never moved. It is almost impossible to find a spot after 8:20am. ... Read more

Parked in this garage for 3 years now - horrible experience. First: the building is literally falling apart. Every time you park there are parts of the ceiling falling on your car. The door to get in the garage never fully closes, so anyone can walk in…and they do. My car was broken into. They allow random people to live in their cars on the first floor, and I’ve seen people sitting on the third floor charging their phones. I highly recommend not using this garage - it is very unsafe and not maintained at all. ... Read more

Awful manager. The monthly prices seem reasonable but it’s impossible to get a spot. They have spots, they just don’t have a manager who cares about doing his job. He is rarely in the office and rarely answers the phone. We filled out an application, we were all set and ready to go, and at the last minute he tells us actually he doesn’t have a spot for us leaving me without a place for my childcare provider to park. ... The sign says "open 24 hours" but this is simply not true. I parked my car at 12pm and returned at 8pm when I finsuebd work to find the gate locked. I called the number posted and the manager very rudely told me I'd "just have to wait for someone with a pass to come by and be let in." Hours later, I was finally let in by someone with a monthly pass. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not park here unless you plan on getting a monthly pass I guess. There's another lot right down the street that is actually 24hours. ... Read more

I park my car here with a monthly pass - it's reasonably priced ($205/month) when compared to other garages in the area, but it's very difficult to get in touch with management for issues. The manager is rarely in his office, and takes days to respond to inquiries. The garage itself is also not very well maintained. I'd recommend this garage if you're looking to park monthly solely based on price or location, but would probably recommend looking elsewhere if you're willing to spend a little bit more. ... If you have a long vehicle do not attempt to park here. I have a 2015 Ram with the short bed and I could not make the turn to go up to the second level. I called the number left on the attendant booth and explained my situation to them and the guy said he would let me out. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. I had to pay $10.00 to pull in the garage and immediately pull out. ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 120 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Walnut Bridge Parking and Storage - 200 South 24th Street start from $30 and can go up to $135 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
