It's just a question mark!

No one ever comes to repair issues that you request. Then it takes months for it to be repaired. You do not care about your tenants

Lincoln Court Bldg. B

Hello I have lived at Lincoln Court Apartments (B405) since 09/22 - present: Pros: Quiet / Great Location / close to public transportation / Shop etc.. Pet friendly Free WIFI Spacious Apartment Tide Laundry Service Concierge Lockers (big pulse and extremely convenient) Beautiful Lobby area Clean and well lit indoor stairs and hallways Well maintained lawn area Friendly professional front office staff / friendly professional maintenance staff Rent Café app extremely convenient to manage apartment Cons: Not sure if there are security cameras on the premises, e.g. lobby area, mailbox area? Twice my packages were confirmed delivered by sender - when I went to lobby no packages were there? (very concerning) I have notice cameras in the parking lot only No working elevators in building "B" must walk up 4 flights of stairs with groceries, laundry, heavy items etc. Extremely inconvenient No updates are made to the bulletin board in common lobby area the news items are at least 2 years old or more. Please add current content No dishwasher in my unit / no washer, dryer in my unit (very inconvenient)
