Nice Place

Overall, pretty happy with the place. Our only complaint is that we were shown an apartment that did not have a brick wall, but when we moved into our apartment we had that brick wall. It’s made it very hard to design a layout for our place (no where to hang a TV on the wall). Feel a little bit like a bait and switch, but overall it’s a nice place.

Needs Better communication from management

My experience here has left me feeling like I'm back in college. It is just one giant Frat House with an owner but in this case we are way older and still get treated like kids and are told what we can and can't do even though we pay about$2,000 and up.

Management overly strict with residents.

I have lived here for 6 months We had one low key event at the roof and management shut it down. There are no organized events that residents actually want

Fun Place

The building is a great building. In general, the resident community is fun and social, which should be expected for the building. There are maintenance issues that simply require a more frequent schedule. This would be in regards to the dog park and pool club. Unfortunately, due to the expected clientele in the building these areas can be worn hard if not constantly (read daily or twice daily) observed and attended to. Much of the staff has changed over recently but the few veterans are great and focused, and the new staff seems enthusiastic. The "needs" of the crowd can make response times a bit longer than most would like but I think alot can be mitigated with residential tips and reminders to educate people who may be first time renters. Might free up time for more serious issues to be addressed,
