Maintenance

The maintenance services and the staff managers are poor. There is no communication with tenants when there is a problem unless one keeps calling and bugging them. I had a toilet that wasn’t working for about 5 days until Henry appeared ( he’s the one exception- he’s good and polite) back from time off. I currently have my main HVAC unit that is not working- I put in an emergency call and staff said someone would be out on Friday but nobody showed. It’s been 4 days and still waiting. The HVAC systems I. My apartment stop working fairly frequently- I can’t get an answer as to why. Other than Rochelle, the security guards are very unfriendly or they are asleep on the job. It doesn’t seem like PmC management cares at all. I noticed a lot of vacant apartments recently m. I too will consider leaving if this doesn’t change. Too bad since it’s a great location and I like the apartment itself. Rebecca

hoping to keep front desk attendant full time for quality

24/7 front desk attendant presence will be seriously missed and will lower the overall quality of living as well as sense of community in this otherwise lovely building
