Great location….

We were long time resident of this building, here since 2017. Rent has increased from $1750 to $2300 but its the utilities, parking and pet fee that motivated us to move somewhere else. Utilities minimum is $200/month, with $375/month parking and on top of that pet fee. At $3000/month for a 1 bedroom 700 sq ft its not worth the price.

Happy overall

My husband and I have lived in our unit for about 3 years now and overall we really do enjoy our apartment. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion and the security guard helps us feel safe.

320 Walnut St. is an amazing place to live. The neighborhood is very nice and safe, and is really close to lots of fun things to do in the city! Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. I love living here!
