The building management have been wonderful so far in responsiveness. The noise from below can be loud but very manageble, especially for being in a busy part of the city.

The apartments are pretty in a great location, but the first floor of the building is a Hookah lounge that operates like a club. Their music shakes the building and management wont do anything about it. Dont rent here if you need to sleep at night.

love the location and the apartment is nice and spacious. but the hot water tank is tiny and the hookah lounge downstairs is very loud.

I've lived at this property for almost four years and love it. The area has changed a bit over time. When I moved in, there was a cute cafe in the lobby, and now there is a Hookah Bar (...), and there is lots of construction in the area for the new residential towers going up. Overall I'd rate it a 4 out of 5. If you don't want a lot of amenities in your apartment, just a clean, spacious, and functional apartment, this is the place for you.

We've lived here for 7 months. The windows are so beautiful, and let in a lot of sun. However, they are not well insulated and provide a strong draft in the winter. As a result, the electric bill shoots up dramatically. Parking is pretty difficult in this zone. Otherwise, maintenance is super responsive and thorough, the building and apartment is clean, and all the amenities work very well. Our only concern has been the heating bill.
