Our tenure here started out really nice, and with a beautiful view. Then construction started and they blocked our only window view with garages. The construction also came with over a year’s worth of noise, vibrations and trucks in the lot next to our front door. They really took the value of our time here to a minimum.

The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are well kept, the office staff is kind and helpful, the maintenance team is AMAZING, and the money paid is well worth what you receive living at Woodmont Valley. We are in the process of renewing our lease, and we are happy to do so!

This is a great community. Very nice people. The staff here is great. I think they’re understaffed with their maintenance so sometimes hallways stairways are not very clean. There is an incredible amount of noise from the new construction going on so if your noise sensitive this would not be the place to be for the next year.
