Loving it so far!

We’ve only been here for a week and I can already tell we’ll love it here! Other than the noise of the train, which isn’t that bad of a inconvenience since I read about it prior, everything is great. The dog park for our babies have allowed them to make a few buddies, and the pool and gym are great!

what wonderful apartment and beautiful apartment. not having lived in an apartment for over 50 years, we were so surprised and thrilled by the construction of the units. our apartment over looks Allen Organ, with the beautiful landscape. the serenity and calm when we look out our windows is lovely. the area provides convenience. Just wanted to express how happy we are with the apartment and the managment. what a wonderful pleasant place to live

Overall great, with room improvement

We moved here a couple of years ago as a family decision. It works for our current needs We appreciate the interior of the apartments, appliances, floors, etc. The walking paths in the courtyard and availability of walking paths around town is excellent. There is the added convenience of being within 10 minutes of major highways, shopping, and dining. These are all things that attracted and have kept us here for a 3rd lease term. However, with the amenities we have and what we pay a year for such there is room for added features. Outside - Lack of benches seating around the court yard. There's a pet spa and a bark park, but absolutely no child friendly amenities. A small playground would be nice. Lawn care, granted we are going through a pandemic, I find the lawn care lately to be less than mediocre. It's cut maybe every 2 weeks, and sloppily done. Uneven, full of weeds, and there are plastic pieces coming up from the ground from a snow storm a couple years ago that was plowed up by the snow removal company. This poses a potential safety hazard if someone were to fall on it or step on a sharp piece. Parking is fine, it changes in availability as people come and go. Driving through the community is another safety concern. Very few people actually drive at a decent speed. A lot of times people are flying in and out of here. There were supposed to be speed bumps placed, but that never happened. I hope it's not a "wait till something bad happens" decision. They are needed, there are a lot of people that walk/run, have their pets out, and children. Not to mention one of the pet waste stations is across the street between the garage and the maintenance garage where people tend to speed around the curve. We've had a couple of close calls our selves. Noise is fine, trains come through often, but it's really not disruptive and you get used to it quickly. It would be nice to see more outdoor enrichment, especially for kids.

Just Beautiful

I have only been here for 1 month and I am beyond in love! Staff is amazing. The neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. I love the Neighborhood it's very peaceful place and close to so many stores. If you want to live in a neighborhood you'll love I suggest this place.
