You can also start your application now so our team can begin the review process. During this step, we complete: Verification of income (monthly gross income must be at least three times the rent; for example, if rent is $1,300, income should be at least $3,900 per month before taxes). Standard background check. Credit screening. If you do not meet the income requirement, ask about our Guarantor Program as another way to qualify.
