No respect for tenants

Low rent but bad scene so they have to advertise. High office turnover but things don't change because top supervisor rules. Landlord obligations are ignored. Building has acoustic defect that amplifies sound and makes it travel. Unit renovation happens at night so you can’t sleep. Failure to make repairs. Get a receipt when you pay rent. Usually no security on duty. They disregard fire regulations. No one uses the playground. People are afraid of their neighbors.

Sanitary

The sanitary elevator and laundry room are not great at all parking and parking garage as well. Cleaning lady does a great job cleaning around. But residents do not clean up after themselves or have respect of safe and sanitary for kids.

I'm finally home

We just moved in about 3 weeks ago after months of waiting. So far, it's home. The view, the friendliness of most, conveniently located near the street car and beautiful South waterfront.... I'm confident enough to say we'll be here a long time.
