Good Apartment Bad Location

Apartments are decent. Small kitchen and not much of a view. Maintenance solves any problem, but it could take a few days. Lots of noise from passerby's. Sometimes security has a patrol on-site which helps with break-in worry. Upstairs noise can be a problem. Overall, expensive place for the location
