Disappointed

While getting an apartment is a nice process, if you need maintenance done it goes for months if you are lucky to get it fixed at all. Moved in summer, still waiting on things that were supposed to be done before I moved in. Tried resolving it, but still waiting.

Gets worse Everyday

When I first moved in and for the first two years the apartment was good I had good maintenance they responded quickly and had no problem with the management now I never can get my anything maintenance done and the management is very unfriendly when you go in and they seem put out when you ask questions

Alvista 23

I started living here about 6 months ago and the management at that time was very helpful and guided me to jetty to use as a down payment . They have a gym and a pool. The neighbors are quiet which i am very thankful for.
