Straight Foward Affordable

I'm so happy to have found this aparment. It was a low cost application, quick response, easy to work with. These aren't luxury but are well placed, easy to work with, laundry room is small but always clean and working, neighbors seem to all be polite and everyone is just working to make it. My packages have been left out untouched and smaller kids have greeted my teen and run up to play with her. Just about everyone has cat in their window to make you smile or laugh. There's no excessivernoise even though it's on a main road the parking lot is set back enough and there is fencing separating the back patio.

Homeless camp

On any morning, there are 12 or so authorized tenant vehicles in our lot with 20 vehicles parked in 166th. Guessing around 5 have people sleeping overnight and the rest homeless who have an in with certain tenants to hang out/sleep there. Jamie? in apt 10 brings new people in all the time and Richard in apt 12 is the same. They should have been evicted months ago. Me and other tenants have complained to mgmt, memos get sent to tenants, no one gets towed, nothing gets done. The trash on 166th from these people is disgusting, our dumpster area is disgusting (Michael should NOT HAVE TO CLEAN THIS UP), Entrance 1 closest to the dumpsters is now also overrun - Jamie in 10 has expanded there and more homeless are brought in. The only entrance with real tenants only is 2, 2nd from the dumpsters. Entrance 1 closest to the street has 2 good tenants but apts 19 and 21 have homeless sleeping there and their vehicles parked in our lot. The people walking from 166th to apt 10, 12 and who knows in entrance 1 goes on all day and night. Disgusting.Looked at Affinity Portland properties and Meadowview East is no longer listed on the site I checked. Gee, not good advertising?
