Oxbow49 is a nice property, I feel like the location and river trail access make it a superior choice to other locations in the same price range. I really love how pet friendly it is, and I hope the new Thrive managemenr will continue to host events for the community and continue to make residents feel assured and welcome. I do feel like the individual that works in the leasing office leaves something to be desired for residents; every time I have interacted with him it felt like it was an inconvenience, and he certainly does not go out of his way to be verg warm or friendly to residents. It is not the end of the world as it is possible to just avapid interacting with this individual but it was a little off putting. Otherwise, nice, clean, and quiet for an apartment :)

Location is great right next to the river. You're away from the nonsense of downtown and have easy access to Sellwood and Lake Oswego. The new property management is changing all the rules without notice, this is just the way it is now attitude. For new renters thats probably ok, but for everyone whos been here many years, its very jarring.

New staff is unorganzied and is attempting to clean up things from previous ownership but failing. They are making it more difficult for current residents and have no idea how to manage a property. Not impressed and I no longer enjoy living here.
