I have lived at the Boathouse for about a year and it is truly a wonderful apartment building. It is well maintained and the staff is incredibly helpful. The view of the river from the deck is one of my favorite parts.

I moved into Boathouse in July 2022 and was blown away with my apartment, the location, amenities and especially the staff. Was able to really connect with the staff and felt that they generally cared about my well being and really made an effort to get to know me. The maintenance team is so fast to fix anything that may have broken and the office team always goes above and beyond. I have enjoyed the Boathouse so much that when the assistant property manager transferred to another Avenue5 location, she told me I should apply. So I did and I got a job at the leasing manager. I couldn't be happier. Kudos to Boathouse and I hope to carry on the tradition of providing great service to all future residents. -Bill B-

I honesty love the boathouse. It's safe, a beautiful location and convenient to downtown. Walking on the trail by the river is nice after work or if you have dog. The staff is always really responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommend
