After owning a home for over 40 years I was apprehensive about apartment living. Luckily I found the Residences of Creekside. I have lived here for two years. I just LOVE my apartment. It's quiet and very spacious. There is plenty of storage in this one bedroom with a den. I have a balcony which I love to sit out and enjoy the nature and trees around Creekside. Being so close to the Plaza allows me to just walk out of the building to enjoy the many events the city puts on each year. I love being close so I can ride my bike or walk the trails. I also love that I don't have to go outside in the elements to get my mail or take out the trash. All that is inside the building as well as parking and an elevator to get from floor to floor is an added bonus. The security of the building makes me feel safe. The pool and work out center are well maintained and beautiful. The residents are very respectful of each other and enjoy occasional social time held in the spacious Club Room to get to know each other. Our manager is fantastic and greets us all by name and our maintenance person gets things done right away and if very conscious of taking care of the public areas of the complex. I plan on staying here and making this my home.

Best place I’ve ever lived

I moved in November 2020, and I have to say it is the best apartment decision I have ever made! When I come home from work, even on my most stressful days, I know that I have a peaceful, safe, beautiful home to come to. The views are amazing! I love living here and can’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff and neighbors are SO friendly...it’s like living with family! For anyone living for a great place to live, this is the place to be.
