complex is so money hungry, $100 late fee, no utilities included, and nothing really luxurious about the place. walls are very thin, you’ll think your door is opdning everytime someone opens their door. if someting goes wrong, expect atleast two weeks before its resolved. finally they encourage you to download a app to pay rent but the APP NEVER SHOWS YOUR ACTUAL AMOUNT DUE. resulting in many late fees and they never take accountability.

Great Place

I moved into a newly renovated apartment. Everything was in order, except the dryer (electrical issue they eventually figured out). My one complaint is that maintenance sometimes takes awhile to fix things, but none of our requests have been emergency repairs, so all in all not too bad! Also, a huge plus is that I rarely hear any noise through the walls/ceilings other than the occasional vacuuming upstairs.

AC Unit Failing

I'm paying high dollar amount for a supposedly an all renovated apartment. Yet, the AC unit is very old and had seen better days. Since i moved in about three and a half months, the AC unit has failed 3 times. I requested for the AC unit to be replaced. But, they said dream on and No we will not be reducing the apartment rent. This is life! deal with it. One day we win (through cleverness) and you lose, and other day we get to pay back all that profits we greedily made off you to things we never thought we would be overcome and pay for.

The location of Fieldstone is great. Parking could be a litlte better for residents, though. Did not have a single issue with staff or other residents in all of my time here. This has been one of the better places I have lived, it just got too small for my needs.
