My thoughts

Living here has been good but the appliances is what I have a issue with. I lived here for 3 years and I'm still dealing with various problems regarding those appliances. I would just love to have a home where everything is in good working condition. Thank you.

more covered parking, people watching their kids

We need more covered parking. It gets too hot in Las Vegas to not have at least 90% of the parking spaces covered. The cost of rent is raising at a ridiculous rate every year with no regard to the loyalty of long term tenants. You ask for more money every year but don't increase the amenities with the exception of amazon lockers. There should be better discounts for long term tenants. I have had several issues with staff and management not handling new leases properly. Whenever a mistake is made by your staff it turns into a whole ordeal trying to get it fixed. It becomes an even bigger ordeal when I ask to have fees, that should have never been on the account, removed. The lack of enforcing supervision of peoples children is the most frustrating thing about these apartments. Kids run around all day screaming, making messes outside and leaving their toys on walkways. I don't know why management doesn't have or enforce policies against these things. I have notices for forgetting my trash on my upstairs doorstep, where no one can see it, but the neighbors kids run wild all day everyday and nothing is ever done.
