Maintence is slow and staff never follows up

Difficult to get in contact with anyone in the office. Maintenance is slow to respond to work requests. Have to put in multiple requests to get a response .

Too much noise upstairs, sounds like a bowling alley,i now have a headache,please tell them to quiet down. The toddler is slamming into the floor constantly, it sounds like they're dropping bricks up there sheesh.

my experience is not bad but there is some stuff that can improve like the laundry because it has been a month since i couldn't wash my clothes because the door is clocked and also the air conditioner make a lot of noise which disturb me. the rest is good, but if the laundry isn't available please find us a solution

Parking needs to ger better . We have parking passes and i see peopr who don’t have the passes are parking in the spofs and that leaves no parking.

Poor management and lack of customer service or professional courtesy. Problems go unfixed. Turnover for property managers is frequent. Phone calls never answered or messages returned. Pool is never opened & always in repair yet rent remains high & increased every year. Every appliance in my unit is either broken, repeatedly breaks down or is 10+ years old and inefficient. The building is in huge disrepair with shingles falling, siding coming off, wood rot around doors & windows and bug infestations. Mold in the ceilings and basement just get painted over rather than treated properly. The air conditioning doesn't reach the upper levels so the temperature outside is the same upstairs not to mention the AC is constantly freezing up and breaks down. There is nowhere to park so don't count on having guests. They rent out their garages to nonresidents/businesses, leaving the parking situation even worse. They will probably read this review and leave some generic "We are innocent, you are disgruntled " post and say please address your concerns by contacting us which totally defeats my first two sentences I wrote. The only plus side was being close to a grocery store and in a quite neighborhood.
