First Six Months

So far we are very Satisfied. Property manager Jordan is so nice, friendly and professional. We have not had any maintenance problems except needed the fire place Damper closed and it was taken care of same day.

Snow Removal Not Up To Par

The upper portion of the driveway next to the 600 building still has not been plowed. The Cedar Heights crew and Robert Hancock definitely have dropped the ball on this. And, the scary part is that more snow may be on the way. Residents should not have to fight to get out of their driveway! This is the first time in all the winters that we've lived here that snow removal has been so lax.
