Good value

Outdated building that has issues about every other month. Air conditioning stopped working on month then wifi stopped working the next most recently. People who dont live at the apartment are constantly inputting the gate code to use the complex as a cut through, so it is not very secure. People who dont live at the apartment also use the pool since there is no accountibility system in place from people around town to use it. So essentially the tenants are paying for a town pool.

Great people and service, bad apartment

The home is never functioning properly. There have been issues with toilets, water and power. The staff and great and attentive but the amount of issues with the townhome is apalling

The rent is always increasing. They overcharge for amenities that are frequently out of operation. Feels like greed. Trying to get out ASAP.
