Great Place!

This is a great place! Location can’t be beat. Staff on site are wonderful from the office to maintenance, it is a great team! Assistant manager is not the best but everyone else makes up for it. The only issue is paying the rent. Never lived somewhere that made it so difficult to pay! Even debit and credit options are very limited and it takes nothing to be completely blocked from paying online even using a guaranteed form of payment like a credit card. If you don’t mind old school bill pay, it is ok. It is too bd because this is literally the only drawback.

Great Option for Downtown Living

Links IQ is a great place to live if you are working in the Innovation Quarter area. There are a plethora of bars, breweries, and restaurants. You are also within walking distance of the Long Branch Trail, the local "Highline." It has all of the amenities I was looking for (no carpet, stone countertops, large walk-in closet, and most importantly a full-size washer and dryer). The only thing I would be aware of is you are close to the train tracks (as I don't face them, it isn't too loud, but can hear them if my windows are open). Also, be aware that living in an inner unit maybe a bit noisy as well as you are facing the pool.
