Train nearby that runs, staff doesn’t respond to emails and I don’t know how to submit maintenance request.

Place is fine. Not happy using their ACH payment option as the service they use has a lot cyber vulnerabilities. Parking is scary tight in the garage. You have to navigate solid brick pillars and concrete walls. Smaller vehicles will be fine but forget it if you have a pickup truck.
