The parking need a lot of improvement

Staff and maintenance are great, the parting is dangerous. you should have parking sticker with a two-car limit with guest parking spaces I am having to park to far away from my place at times and I don't feel safe.

Only real issue is parking and noise

Overall we love it here. The only issue is you only get one assigned parking spot. If you are a two car family you will have a really hard time finding a parking spot for you second vehicle or for any guest you may have visit you. The noise is also a factor our room faces the parking lot and often neighbors will ride through with radios blasting in the middle of the night or early morning.
