This is a great place to live. The staff is friendly. The office is open 7 days a week. We have 2 swimming pools, 1 little one and a bigger one with a nice bill grilling area. The maintenance is good and fast. There's a dog park and a little gym. Most stores are very close by, and the mall is like 6 min away from here. It's quite and not much traffic going through the complex. The apartments are decent in size. They upgraded a lot of things during the time I've lived here, which Woll be almost 3vyears and I'm quite content being at Sherwood Station.

I am a new tenant and the move in it didn't go well. Apartment wasn't up to parr as expected and promised, but it has now been attended to and so it is much better. I like the neighborhood and is very convenient to shopping and banks. The highway is close by so it is quick to get from one place to the next. Maintenance personnel are very good and take pride in what they do and so that has helped to make the transition better. Budget wise it has lower than average rent for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment and the square footage is more than most newer apartments on the market. It is a very well built apartment since the outside is brick which I feel helps with it being more quiet than my last apartment and so far everyone seems friendly. I feel safe and now that I am all unpacked it is finally feeling like a home and not just somewhere I live.

I have been a resident here for going on 3 years now. When I first moved in they didn’t gave a gym and I was a little disappointed simce inhad never lived in an apatment compex without one. There is a YMCA walking distance from the apartment complex so that made it a little nur better. They hve since then added a gym which is really nice. They upgraded a lot of the apartments as well. My only compaint would be the playground area. It could definitely use an upgrade.
