I love living at 17 Social! Occasionally, there's a bit of exuberant noise around the pool, but otherwise, it's super here.

Overall happy with my living experience at 17 social. Oveall the new staff is happy nice and understanding. There have been issues that have been brought to staffs attention by multiple residents and have been either resolved (firepits) or in the process of being resolved (grills). Two main concerns i have with the property as a whole is the cost of living. Although the prices are competitive with other spots, the price seems to lean towards the higher end of the scale. Another concern i hope can be addressed it the budget alloted per month for the residents. We love the initiative that the office takes but it seems like the always drop the ball short. When we bring up ideas for community outreach alot of the time we are shot down due to budgetting. Overall i enjoy my time here and look foward to staying with the community.

When I first moved here, I needed help understanding apartment living. There were mistakes I made, and they have been identified and fixed slowly. I appreciate the help from the staff and maintenance, as they are prompt in replying to any problems. I have some of the best neighbors, such as Matt and Emily, who are young. They are both willing to help with any minor issues that maintenance does not need to do. My flowers and bird feeders are always praised; the birds allow my cat, The Great and Mighty Earl, to view the outside world and watch those birds. Now, I am seeing the two woodpeckers come and feed. They are beautiful. Thank you. If we work together then we can build a proactive community, one that is strong, friendly and with no problems other apartments sometimes have.
