Good enough. Their maintenance is pretty bad, but at the same time I'm not sure it's worse than comparable places. My fan broke and the light kit fell off onto my bed like 3 months ago and I still have no light or fan. It took 4 visits to fix my dishwasher and it still isn't great. There apartment is nice overall though and has a lot of amenities, but COVID is kinda messing with that part.
