Lately staff has not been on top of things... I have been here almost 6 years and at recommendation of staff to use portal this has been a disaster since due to human error. Very frustrating with interaction with staff member and lack of understanding.

I found the staff at HATS to be amazing! The ease of the application process was unparalleled! I look forward to being a part of this community!
Wonderful Place
We moved in during the hurricane and the staff worked hard to get us in during that difficult time. Turns out the staff has helps us through a lot of difficult times(not related to the apartment) and the maintenance staff comes immediately, acts professionally to fix anything that has gone wrong. The area is beautiful and the grounds look manicured. We love the floor plan and the concrete floors. It was extremely clean when we moved it as well. I would definitely recommend moving here...a different kind of apartment home where the tenant comes first and the amenities are well above average!
Exceptional Resident Support
Having recently moved to HATS, I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding caring and support shown by all of the HATS staff, from the office personnel to maintenance personnel. The fall basket of treats that was placed on my door yesterday was like the icing on the cake. Friendliness and competency are a constant hallmark of the the HATS staff. jon halsall 527-330
