Facility is nice and clean, seems well-maintained. Really appreciated the unit we downsized to being just around the corner from our old one! Instructions on checking out were a little vague at first, but got resolved after finishing the move. ... Read more

Security gate was broken. Customer service is almost entirely AI. I attempted to get in touch with someone because there was a problem with my unit. I was promised a call back from the AI bot, but received a text message saying "How can I help" 10 hours later at 10 pm est after multiple attempts to contact someone. I had also reach out via email and haven't received a response back. Terrible experience overall ... Read more

EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this storage facility. Went through the process online of getting the unit almost 2 months ago, and I still have not even been able to get access to my unit. When booking everything online, I was never given a code to get inside of the climate control building, where my unit is located. I have shown up to the office three times And there is never anybody there, even though it says online that their office should be open. I have tried calling countless times and I’m never able to get someone to pick up the phone. I cannot even get anybody to pick up the phone so that I can cancel my unit so that I am not charged to continue to have an empty unit. Would not recommend. ... Read more

Very disappointed with my experience with this location, and Go Store it as a whole. This locations access hours are only until 7pm because it is in a "bad area of town" as I was told by an employee when I signed my lease. Other locations are 10pm. There have been numerous times I have gone to the facility to find the gate wide open for anyone to enter. There's no security on site. One day I left and there were 3 homeless people just waiting near the gate and as soon as it opened they walked right in as I was exiting. And finally after only a few months into my lease, they emailed me a price increase notice. I gave my move out notice that day. ... Read more

Employees were very polite, professional, and organized. Clean units. However, I found the security gate disabled on my most recent 3 visits, so they don't have 24/7 security as advertised and their regular prices are extremely high. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Go Store It - 1230 South 15th Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 320 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Go Store It - 1230 South 15th Street start from $20 and can go up to $124 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
