Enjoying the location so far. Amenities have been convenient. Overall loving the location and easy access to downtown shops and riverwalk. I would love if the pool was open later and if there was an easier access point from parking garage to apartment.

Great location with several downsides to new construction
My apartment is great itself, however the apartment complex being a new development has brought its own problems; construction workers walking into my unit with no maintenance needs/by error, new construction blue tape walk-through wasn't complete when I moved in, so there were a lot of minor flaws that ended up getting fixed a few months into the lease, I've had several problems with package deliveries as well. Outside of these minor hiccups, the apartment has been comfortable and clean. Location is amazing.

I love living with such a beautiful & iconic view of the waterway; one that ive had many friends and family visit me for! Its also a very nice plus to be able to listen to everh concert that comes through the area.
