The amazing Sawmill Point apartment complex

The Sawmill Point apartments are amazing. They are spacious and the location is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that you can definitely hear people walking in the apartment upstairs and in the hallway. I am using white noise to eliminate that noise as best as possible. So far, the neighbors that I have met are very cordial and this is a very dog friendly location. The easy access to the Riverwalk is awesome. I would highly recommend Sawmill Point apartments for living.

Best place I have lived!

I cannot tell you enough how amazing being at Sawmill point has been. The staff has been so welcoming, especially James who is excellent wirh mt puppy! The pool, access to downtown, gym, and general building upkeep is phenomenal. I originally planned on only staying here for a year, but i will definitely be extending my lease. I cannot believe what a hidden treasure this complex is!

Best Location

I love living at Sawmill. There are typical issues that you experience in communal living. The elevators break down way too often in my opinion. High turn over on staff. Overall though you can not beat the location and the grounds are beautiful. I love walking and riding my bike or boating to my fav spots. The good outweighs the bad lots of lovely neighbors too.
