Living here is very nice and quiet. Of course the fee problem is living by the highway. The dumpster is too far there should be at least three areas for the dumpster to be since its such a bug place.

I have been living here since 2012 and have loved the location and suits my way of life perfectly. Maintenance staff are outstanding and have always completed needed if any repairs quickly and are personable which is always welcome. As long time residents here know, there have been many changes over the years and we pray this change will not affect our ability to live here for many years to come. Being on a fixed income as many of us are, any huge change would make it very hard on us and we prefer to live here in a safe environment with all rules being following regarding noise, smoking in apartments..there does need to be a way to contact the corporate office or a person to contact when we have concerns. Communications would be welcomed!!!
