Nice Place to Live

I have lived here for over 2 years now and up to this point have not had any major complaints. I like how management make attempts to keep the property clean and in order. The few times I have called maintenance the issues were addressed in a timely manner. I feel safe on the grounds and the parking lot/breezeways are well lighted. In speaking for myself up to this point I have enjoyed living here. Thank You,

We Love It Here

Been here for 5 years. Moved from Phase 1 , to Phase 2 when it was completed. Close to everyting. Uptown, Ballantyne, SouthPark, Fort Mill. Love that they made the townhome parking a dedicated two spots per townhome. Everything is kept in good order. Maintenance request are completed in a timely fashion. All and all, a great place to live. With all the construction going on there is a lot of noise, but once that completed that should stop. My only new concern is with that new retaintion pond on the property, that standing water is going to be a haven for mosquitoes and that this community will be overrun by mosquitoes! I sincerely hope precautions are being taken (the water will be treated with non-environmental harming pesticides) to prevent this from happening.
