Amazing Townhome Rentals!
Our townhome rental with Promenade Park has exceeded my expectations! The townhome is very spacious and has been a beautiful first space for my boyfriend and I to share! The maintenance staff is very fast and responsive for a variety of needs. They even went as far as coming within 15 minutes on the weekend to unlock our townhouse when we got locked out by accident. The leasing office staff is helpful, friendly, responsive, and knowledgable. The resident events organized by the property are thoughtful and fun! My favorite so far has been a fall candle making class that included soem yummy fall ciders as well! This property is everything you could want in a rental and then some. The community is quiet, respectful, ans clean. I have rented from 6 other properties since living in Charlotte, and would rate this property and living experience as the best hands down. My boyfriend and I will definitely be renewing with Promenade Park. We love it here! :)
Love living here
Promenade Park offers great apartments that feel welcoming and luxurious. The pool is my favorite part of the complex, and I spend many hours there over the summer. I enjoy taking my dog on walks as the complex is always clean and well landscaped. I have lived in multiple apartment complexes over the years and Promenade Park is by far my favorite. Zero complaints!
