Building less then three years old looks and has probles of a 30 year old apartment complex has smell like stong weed even though its suppose to be smoke free building questionabel people living in the building loud nois all night management does nothing about it the public area carpet is beyond drty and grimmy management are just here to collect rent and fill vacant units.

Location is great! Parking is challenging if you don't pay for a parking garage. Building is beautiful and tenants are great. Management is a big headache. They are always confused on what is going on from their side.

Overall good place

Novo apartmebts are well maintained and staff helpful when needed. My apartment is great size and lovation. On site amenities are set up for an apartment complex half the size. The pool is small, there is no other outdoor area yo gather with friends and the guest parking is severely lacking. Many of these items are about the initial build.. but something that can be frustrating.
