Pets allowed. 40 Free Street is excited to provide housing to responsible pet owners and their pets. Residents are permitted to have up to two (2) pets per apartment, with a monthly pet fee of $40 per dog and $40 per cat. We are conscientious about providing a welcoming and safe environment for all of our residents, and will require a meeting with each dog prior to approval. If, for any reason, our staff feels uncomfortable or unsafe with your dog we will be unable to approve him/her. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to Pit bull / Staffordshire Terrier/ American Bulldog, Rottweiler, Doberman, or Chow. Dogs and cats must be spayed/neutered and up to date on their vaccinations.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.
