Great Home

We moved here in the fall after falling in love with the apartment itself. So far - it has been excellent. The building amenities provide space to account for the downsizing we did by moving. Love having the rooftop and the workspace and have big dreams of actually using the gym! This is a dream location to so many excellent food choices and downtown businesses. Much happier with this location.

Mixed Emotions

Have been living here since the building opened in 2023. Never had an issue until there was a change with the onsite property manager. The previous onsite manager was very accommodating regarding my physical challenges. However, since the management change, it has been a nightmare.

I moved in early November and travel weekly out of state for work. This has been such a haven for when I am home. It is so peaceful and quiet here. The proximity and location to everything I enjoy and need is beyond convenient. This is my first winter and holiday season in Maine and I am so happy to live at the Lofts in Biddeford.
