Policies

Pets allowed. Pet limit 2 allowed. $50/ Cat; $75/ Dog. itbull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Rottweiler, Doberman, and Chow. We are pet friendly - cats & dogs welcome.  Approved pets must be spayed/neutered, remain current on licenses and vaccinations, and wear a name tag at all times. Dogs must always be on a leash when outside the apartment home. Residents are responsible for cleaning up any accidents their pet has inside the apartment, inside the property building or outdoors. Residents are not allowed to take in animals from family or friends without obtaining prior approval from Port Property. Residents will be assessed a monthly pet fee for approved pets of $75 per pet. A one-time nonrefundable Pet Owner Fee of $250 per pet will be applied to new move-ins or upon approval/acceptance of a new pet for current tenants. Port Property reserves the right to amend its Pet Policy at any time.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

I have been a resident at Lofts on the Levee for almost 3 years. I want to be straightforward: there are things I genuinely appreciate about living here, but there are also serious, ongoing issues that I cannot overlook — especially for anyone considering signing a lease. What I Like: The building itself has appeal. I chose this community for a reason, and the location and concept are solid. For the right person, it can be a comfortable place to live. What Needs Improvement: Over time, a number of maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns have gone unresolved — some for well over a year. • Wall damage left by a third-party contractor • Bathroom ventilation — raising concerns about air quality and mold. • HVAC reliability — the Fujitsu units have required repeated service calls. • Sanitation — dog waste in and around the building, including inside common areas, has been an ongoing problem with no clear enforcement plan. • Parking enforcement is a HUGE problem — vehicles without valid permits regularly occupy spaces, particularly in the evenings. • Security — an individual living in and around the dumpster area has been a persistent safety concern. • Lock failures — residents have been locked out of their apartments due to systemic door lock failures. What is most frustrating is not just that these issues exist — it is that multiple written requests for updates, timelines, and explanations have gone unanswered. If you are considering Lofts on the Levee, go in with clear expectations. The building has potential, and the location has its merits. Be prepared for the possibility that maintenance requests may take a very long time to be addressed — or may not be addressed at all — and that communication from management is inconsistent. If responsiveness and follow-through from property management matter to you, make sure to ask pointed questions before signing.

Everyone is pretty friendly , we love the apartment features, the only thing i will say is people should not be allowed aggresive dogs (dogs who want to attack other dogs) in an apartment filled with dogs!

This place honestly is better tha i originally thought it would be! With everything the management team and evryone involved can control its overall great. There hasnt been any issues with this place and if there was i called maintenance and they fixed my issue witin 24 hours! Definitely would recommend.
