The location is great. It is noisy at night on the weekends. Washers and dryers are a little expensive. The maintenance man is AWESOME!!

The apartment is nice , but i live next to the laundry room which is a high traffick zone and the door is loud , always opening and shutting . Also main street can be a very loud place to live in the summer. Between the bars and resturaunts , the homeless and other things that go on. It makes it tough for someone working second shift to get a good sleep. Ide say i like my apartment just not all the noise that comes with it

One of the only few “affordable” places in Maine. The noise is mostly street noise with a park nearby and local watering holes that keep noise up. Short walk to everything in Biddeford. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Its a great place to have a dog

The coin operated washers and dryers have been out of order since I moved into the building over 4 months ago. Having these machines in the building is the only amenity we have, and I hope is restored as soon as possible. The maintenance staff has been great. The building is quiet, but there is some noise from the street late at night on occasion. Location is great.
