Great location, noisy neighborhood

Lived here for almost three years now. Great location, close to the highway, grocery stores, post office, parks, etc. It's on a big road so there's lots of traffic noise. Only one elevator in the whole building so you often have to wait a while. Almost never loses power during storms.

Good experience

I've lived here for around a year and a half and i love the location, its close to my work and the stores i frequently need to shop at. My neighbors are quiet, the common areas are always clean, and the maintenance staff is quick. The rent price is a little hefty, but semi understandable for living in the city

Pricey, but with good reason. Building is secure. Common areas are generally well kept (a little less so currently). Maintenance folks are very responsive.
