I have lived here for just under a year and it has easily been one of my favorite apartments. Stainless steel appliance, a beautiful design, off street parking, and it is so close to everything.

I've been living in this apartment for a year now and it's been nothing short of cozy and comforting. The location and layout are great. I did encounter a minor issue with the kitchen food processor, but the maintenance team was on it in no time. Their quick and attentive response was commendable. Overall, a great place to live with reliable support staff. Highly recommended!

I have been living at 89 Anderson now for almost 7 years. It has been such a wonderful experience from day 1. The neighborhood is so vibrant and alive with so many great places to just step out from the building and walk to. As with any apartment building things come come that require attention whether it be noise levels of other apartments at late hours or items breaking in the apartment that require maintenance. Each time something comes up it is addressed in a timely manner. I love the area and have made some good friends who also live in the building. Highly recommend this gem of a palce.
