Pets allowed. Our pet owners love our pet spa that includes two wash stations, grooming tables, pet dryer, and towel service. There are also plenty of nearby walking paths and public parks. Dogs & cats allowed, with a maximum of two pets per home. No breed restrictions for dogs. We do allow other types of pets, but they must be approved by the Landlord/Agent in advance. All pets must be spayed/neutered, remain current on licenses and vaccinations, and wear a name tag at all times. Dogs must always be on a leash when outside the apartment home. Residents are responsible for cleaning up any accidents their pet has inside the apartment, inside the property building or outdoors. Residents are not allowed to take in animals from family or friends without obtaining prior approval from Port Property. Residents will be assessed a monthly pet fee for approved pets of $75 per pet. A one-time nonrefundable Pet Owner Fee of $250 per pet will be applied to new move-ins or upon approval/acceptance of a new pet for current tenants. Fees do not apply to verified service animals. Port Property reserves the right to amend its Pet Policy at any time.

Ive lived here for 6 month in a studio and it has been all very smooth. The property team is responsive, the facilities stay clean, and you cant beat a courtyard pool in the summer. We love the outdoor access and comfortable work rooms. A very nice place to live indeed

The Armature is a great building but has some kinks with the area and upkeep of the building.

I share a wall with the stairs going down to the lobby. There was an event with people speaking into a microphone to a large group and I heard nothing! Community spaces are incredible with amenities that rival luxury hotels. All this and an attached parking garage with assigned spaces within walking distance to anything you want in downtown Portland. Too many out of state license plates, so I hope to get more local residents in the building - it's worth it!
