Disappointing experience

For a building that’s only a few years old, there are too many issues that keep arising. It seems that the property manager is constantly being replaced, there is poor communication to the tenants about any changes being made. There is a severe lack in proper maintenance being done, with outside waste bins overflowing, any subitted maintenance request get either get ignored for long periods of time or just never get addressed, the coffee machine in the lobby has been out of service for so long it’s a joke, the building vents have not been cleaned since the original build, and the geothermal heating/cool is inconsistent in performance. The apartment building seems nice from an outside perspective, but there are too many problems that make it a bad experience especially for the pricepoint.
