I am mostly happy with everything. The community room and it's use needs more rules and accountability very noisy sometimes and my scan code doesn't work when it is booked out. Last week I tried to let in some people who were banging on the door repeatedly. Maybe a doorbell to let people know someone is at the door. The new patio fencing is a wonderful idea. Thank you The new maintenance cleaner is awesome.

Overall good very satisfied with my apartment, my one biggest complaint however, is that the outdoor plug-in situation should have been handled earlier into the winter. But overall good job so far!
