Great apartment and even better staff .

Parking situation is pretty bad. Also the lack of care and preciseness when building the suite, I’ve arrived to dents and scratches in all rooms. Door frames broken, and the seal of balcony door doesn’t close firm. Great location in the city though

Over all, the residents are very friendly. Bambilyn is always quick to reply to my messages and/concerns, she is amazing.

Pretty good apartment. Decent size, great layout ( open concept ) and all utilities included, which is a huge bonus. Big full size oven/ stove , fridge . Washer dryer in the suite ( apartment size , not full ) but still a huge bonus . Also its pet friendly which is also a huge huge bonus as I have an elderly dog which i would never give her up for the world . She is family . The properly owners are amazing and get back to you in a timely manner . A couple of things which could have been thought out more is the suites need way more storage as there is very little . They do have storage lockers to rent but they dont come with the unit . The outdoors is still under a lot of construction so its loud and messy and underground parking is pretty expensive . Wish it was a bit cheaper . In general my husband and myself do enjoy living in this apartment and do recommend

The parking garage had issues from the beginning. Even the drain cover at the entrance was installed incorrectly, which caused many tenants to scrape the underside of their vehicles when entering the underground parking. We tried contacting property management, but they said there was not much they could do. As for noise, we expected the concrete structure to provide good sound insulation, but that is not the case. We can often hear our upstairs neighbors talking loudly, and even footsteps late at night can be clearly heard (loud thumping sounds).
