I just moved into the Parkbridge and I can honestly say that it is very quiet and clean . They allow dogs (have 1 of my own) but you would never tell. Great place so far.

The apartment suite and location are too notch but the management is more than dissapointing. We were promised 2 parking stalls and a storage space before signing the lease they then took those away on our moving day and lied to us about constructing additional stalls but 5 months later theres mo construction in sight. So be wary of that if you have a car. Our suite is spacious with a nice view over looking the assiniboine river and the bridge at assiniboine park. The building itself seems to have been a rushed build as the internet and intercom have constant interuptions since move in. Our suite also has had issues with our screen door not being adjusted (maintenance did come to fix) and our AC in the main area not blowing cold air. So the short of it is that it is a great apartment for someone who’s a busy person who would like a home in a nice, safe location, and doesnt need to spend a ton of time at home. If you work from home, have more than one vehicle, need to rely on homecare, or have need for more than one parking spot, i would not recommend.

I moved in February and love everything about this property except for the parking. The stalls are just so narrow - most of the time I can't even get things out of my car because I can't open the car door wide enough. Otherwise, it's perfect and I tell my family and friends that!

We love living at the Parkbridge. Located right on Portage Ave and on the river, there is an abundance of little critters and birds to watch out back. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Assiniboine Park makes this a perfect location whether or not you drive a car or take a bus. The staff are all super friendly and take any concerns seriously and act quickly to rectify any issues. The apartment manager Bailey is so wonderful to deal with. She is always friendly and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. She ensures the hallways, front and back entrances are clean and free of clutter. By far, this is the best apartment building I've ever lived in. Bonus is lots of dogs to meet out back as this is a pet friendly building.
