This unit is fine. Noisey and I find one of the most exspensive rental apartments in Winnipeg with no public transit near by.

Everyone who lives in the building is kind and courteous. Like a neighbourhood where people look out for one another. Noise is kept to a minimum in the building. Maintenance and cleaning staff are amazing and on top of all requests. Building is kept clean and tidy. All amenties are a nice touch that most people wouldnt have if they had a house. Only complaint would be underground parking. Aisleways and stalls are very narrow making it difficult to get in and out especially when very large vehicles are allowed to park underground. Glad thwt underground parking is available to protect cars from natures wear and tear.

Moved here because the new building aspect was appealing. The bedrooms are small. They dont reallty fit a queen bed and dresser. 2 bedroom living room is tiny—find a small couch. Wind noise yhrough the windows and doors is crazy for a new build…and its like living in a wind tunnel. The wind is always blowing. The clubhouse is nice but only 2 bbqs for 2 buildings is ridiculous. Parking is attricious. You will never get underground parking as long as there ate ling term tenant. Also ridiculous is having a parki g spot at the back of the building and having to walk to the front brcause the doirs on the side dint sllow entry, only exit. Hot water is fantastic—no hot water tanks here. You can hear the noise from uour upstsirs and beside neighbors. Pet deposit policy of one months’s rent is a cash grab. And good luck once the Costco is finished being built.
