Some other types of caged pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, and fish are allowed. These types of pets must be caged, and tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The max number allowed applies for cats, dogs, and other types of pets. Pet deposits apply only for cats and dogs; pet deposits do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. maintenance is very excellent, very helpful and friendly. i had mechanical trouble one of the maintenance stepped up and helped me. He ended up saving me lots of mechanic shop charges.

Lived here 3 years. It's fine, the parking in winter isn't great. The snow blows all over blocking some parts of the lot.
