So far ifs okay but i really wish my unit would be renovated as price goes up every year but no work done to my units since the 90s???

Fast service but doggy jobs

The rent just keeps going up and up even though nothing has been updated in my unit for over 15 years I would guess if not longer. The maintenance crew will come fast if there’s an issue but for the most part the jobs are not done well. I had my lock replaced and they didn’t even screw the screws into the door to keep the latch in place. Rent goes up every year about $70 and they don’t care to do any renovations in the unit which is not fare. Staff are pretty friendly so that’s 1 bonus. Pretty quiet area as well which I appreciate.
