Inaccurate pictures

These images are not of this unit. I lived in this unit. 1185 Boylston St Apt 21 has an uneven floor, large holes in the walls, and significant structural damage, which was all there when I moved in. The images shown also depict a very different layout than is reality. It also states that the apartment is 700 sq ft. This is inaccurate; the apartment is closer to 525 sq ft. I measured. And my 525 figure includes the closets and bathroom. Parking is almost always a battle. It says resident-only parking, but tourists park in the spots all the time and the police can't do anything about it because it's state property, not city. The property manager (Diane, I believe is her name) is also incredibly rude. Anytime you call for help, she sounds like she can't get off the phone fast enough. It's very noisy; you can hear every sound the neighbors make, especially the unit directly above. And the whole building is disgusting.
