Mid Experience

I lived here for about a year, the building is fine for what it is, the only pro is the convenient location. My biggest problem was dealing with the property management staff. Administrators for the building were extremely difficult to contact and usually lacked follow up on issues that were brought to their attention. I had several experiences where I had to repeatedly call the help line to try to get in touch with the property managers to get help in resolving my issues.

Average Boston Housing

Like any property in Boston, the pricing for a pre-war apartment is fair but still expensive given that there are essentially no amenities. Furthermore, as the building is owned by a larger corporation it takes a few requests and phone calls to have apartment issues addressed including maintenance. There have also been many noise issues as behind the building there is a large dumpster area and parking lot which often has nefarious activities happening in the evenings while dumpster pickups tend to start at 3am and end at 6am. Overall, the location is ideal if you need to live nearby for school or work, but would not recommend living here otherwise.
