Great Spot, Expensive

My apartment has a great view, and is in a good location. If the rent had not been raised over 10% each year, I would have loved to stay. Maintenance has a wonderful, very kind crew. But overall, I was frustrated that things would fall through the cracks, and there were issues they simply never got to fixing, so I stopped putting in requests (all minor things).
